Q: What should I have ready before I reach out?

A date or a window, a rough guest count, the location (or the fact that you need one), a budget range and the support you need, whether that's the full event or one service. It's fine if some of that is still open; settling it is what the discovery call is for.

Q: Can we hire you for one service?

Yes. You can hire Event Pros LA for a full event or a standalone service, including event design, venue sourcing and AV production. We agree what is included, what your team will manage and how we will work with any suppliers you already have.

Q: Can you work with a venue or vendors we've already booked?

Yes. We can work with a venue or vendors you've already chosen, including brand-required partners and venue exclusives, and bring in specialist partners where there's a gap. We agree upfront who manages each vendor, so everyone works from the same plan and run of show.

Q: Do you work outside Los Angeles?

Yes. Our team is based in Los Angeles and works mainly across Southern California, and we produce events elsewhere in the U.S. and internationally, including destination events, depending on the scope. Work beyond Los Angeles includes production leadership for JFrog's swampUP stop in the San Diego area, as a subcontracted production partner, and AIR Security's booth at Black Hat.
