Q: Which parts of Los Angeles do you cover?

All of Los Angeles County, from Downtown and the Westside to Hollywood, the Valley, Pasadena, Long Beach and the South Bay, as well as destinations within driving distance such as Santa Barbara and San Diego.

Q: Do we need a permit for a corporate event in Los Angeles?

It depends on the site. An event inside an established venue usually runs under the venue's own permits. Permits come in when an event goes beyond a venue's normal use: closing a street, using a City park, building tents or stages over set sizes, or serving food to the public. Each has its own agency and lead time, and we map them at the site walk.

Q: How far ahead should we plan a corporate event in Los Angeles?

Our starting guidance is around six months for most full-service events, and nine to twelve months for large productions, galas and ticketed events, subject to scope and availability. City permits add their own lead times: StreetsLA asks for street-closure applications 45 days ahead, and a City park event of more than 100 people needs its proposal at least 60 days out.

Q: Can you run an LA event for a team based elsewhere?

Yes. We walk the venues, meet the vendors and handle the coordination in Los Angeles, and agree with you up front which decisions need your team's approval, such as budget changes, the creative and anything that carries your brand. You have one point of contact throughout.
