Santa Barbara

Corporate retreats & events in Santa Barbara

Smaller than a city, and planned around the setting. Up the coast, not across the country Santa Barbara is a drive up the 101 from Los Angeles, close enough for teams to arrive by coach and for us to scout every venue in person before the program is set. Estates, ranches and resorts Much of the area's character is in estates, ranches, wineries and resorts rather than conference hotels. Each has its own rules on guest counts, noise, parking and outside vendors, which we confirm on the site walk. Fewer big hotels The area has fewer large hotels than a major city, so room blocks for a bigger group need securing early, sometimes across more than one property, with transfers between them. Venue sourcing Programs built around the setting Working sessions in the morning, the valley or the beach in the afternoon, a long-table dinner at night. Transport and timing are planned so the setting adds to the agenda instead of competing with it. .fi-loc-santa-barbara .fi-p{opacity:0;transition:opacity .45s ease}.fi-loc-santa-barbara .fi-p-0{opacity:1}.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r:hover) .fi-p-0,.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r:focus-within) .fi-p-0{opacity:0}.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-0:hover) .fi-p-0,.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-0:focus-within) .fi-p-0{opacity:1}.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-1:hover) .fi-p-1,.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-1:focus-within) .fi-p-1{opacity:1}.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-2:hover) .fi-p-2,.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-2:focus-within) .fi-p-2{opacity:1}.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-3:hover) .fi-p-3,.fi-loc-santa-barbara:has(.fi-r-3:focus-within) .fi-p-3{opacity:1} Formats
